There are several grades of Chinese Ti Kuan Yin – also known as Iron Goddess of Mercy. This grade has many favourable characteristics of the top supreme grades of Chinese Ti Kuan Yin. The aroma is light with fragrant notes and the taste is sweet with an orchid like flavour.
